During the COVID pandemic, a client of mine lost her wheelchair transportation company. She had no way to get to her doctor appointments, and I wanted to help. At the time, I was planning to buy a Corvette — but she told me to buy a wheelchair van instead. I listened, and it was the best decision I ever made.
I found my first van and started driving her to every appointment. I would assist her through the hallways, bring her to the office, wait for her, and bring her safely back home. That is when I realized there was a huge need for this kind of personal, caring transportation service in our community.
MFT Wheelchair Transportation Services was established on August 20, 2020 — and we have been helping our community ever since.
We arrive on time at your location and assist you into the vehicle safely.
We drive you safely to your destination. Our vehicles are wheelchair-accessible and comfortable.
We bring you to your appointment or destination. If needed, we assist through hallways and to the office.
We wait for you during your appointment. When you are ready, we bring you safely back home.
