Private, appointment-based transportation. MFT provides professional wheelchair-accessible and mobility transportation with personalized service.
Passenger Policy: Transportation is reserved for the scheduled client. One necessary aide, caregiver, or companion may accompany the client when arranged in advance. Additional passengers must be disclosed and approved by MFT before the trip.
Dogs & Service Animals Welcome: Service animals are always welcome. Other dogs may travel when arranged in advance so adequate vehicle space can be planned.
Veterans Welcome: MFT proudly welcomes Veterans and their caregivers for medical appointments, VA transportation, rehabilitation, and other approved transportation needs.
Clear Pricing: MFT uses established published rates and does not price-match other transportation companies. Different providers may offer different vehicles, insurance, assistance, waiting time, mileage, and levels of service.

About Michael
During the COVID pandemic, a client of mine lost her wheelchair transportation company. She had no way to get to her doctor appointments, and I wanted to help. At the time, I was planning to buy a Corvette — but she told me to buy a wheelchair van instead. I listened, and it was the best decision I ever made.
I found my first van and started driving her to every appointment. I would assist her through the hallways, bring her to the office, wait for her, and bring her safely back home. That is when I realized there was a huge need for this kind of personal, caring transportation service in our community.
MFT Wheelchair Transportation Services was established on August 20, 2020 — and we have been helping our community ever since.

A detailed QuickBooks invoice is sent after your ride is completed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks. New customers, airport pickups, long-distance transportation, and higher-cost trips may require advance payment or an approved card authorization.
Final pricing depends on mileage, wait time, and after-hours/weekend/holiday rates when applicable. You will receive a detailed invoice after the service.
Listed prices are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on total operating time, loaded and unloaded mileage, waiting time, tolls, parking, after-hours, weekend or holiday service, airport access, and assistance requirements. Submitting a request does not confirm transportation or the final price. MFT will contact you to review availability, pricing, and payment requirements.
Recurring dialysis transportation reserves vehicle, driver, and scheduling capacity for the service period selected by the customer.
A valid credit card is required and must remain on file before transportation service begins. No recurring dialysis transportation is confirmed and no vehicle will be dispatched until required payment information and authorization are completed.
Recurring dialysis transportation will be billed according to the Daily or Weekly billing preference selected. Final charges may change based on actual waiting time, tolls, parking, or other applicable adjustments.
Advance notice is required if recurring service is voluntarily ended before the selected service period. MFT may assess an early-termination or cancellation charge for reserved transportation capacity affected by the cancellation.
Early-termination charges may be waived when transportation ends because of death, hospitalization, or documented medical discontinuation of dialysis transportation.

Choose Service
Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and Boston Logan Airport use the
$150 one-way starting base, plus the applicable service-area distance
tier and $5.00 per mile. Tolls, parking, assistance, waiting time,
weekend and holiday charges are shown separately when applicable.
Other airports require an MFT custom quote.

Curb-to-Curb Service
Passenger must meet the driver outside at the pickup location. Service includes safe wheelchair boarding, securement, transportation and drop-off at an accessible entrance. Indoor assistance is not included.
Personalized Assistance — $125
Includes meeting the passenger at the exterior door, assistance along a safe accessible path or ramp to the vehicle, and assistance at the destination, including accessible entrances, check-in areas and elevators.
Important: Stairs Are Not Included
MFT does not lift, carry or move passengers up or down stairs. If there is no safe accessible ramp or ground-level exit, the client or family must arrange appropriate help to bring the passenger safely to ground level. The MFT driver may begin providing assistance once the passenger reaches the bottom of the stairs or another accessible ground-level location.
Bedside Care and Transfers Are Not Included
Personalized assistance does not include dressing, toileting, operating a Hoyer lift, or transferring a passenger between a bed and wheelchair. The passenger must be safely dressed, transferred into their wheelchair, and ready for transportation before the driver arrives. Appropriate family members, caregivers, or medical personnel must arrange this assistance.

0–15 miles: Starting service price
15.1–20 miles: +$50 distance tier
20.1–30 miles: +$100 distance tier
30.1–40 miles: +$150 distance tier
40.1–50 miles: +$200 distance tier
Beyond 50 miles: +$50 for each additional 10-mile tier
Mileage: $5.00 per mile, calculated separately.
Round-trip mileage is calculated from pickup to destination and back.
One-way and airport mileage is calculated from pickup to destination.

mileage, selected services, applicable surcharges, and estimated total.
Recurring dialysis transportation uses its separate dialysis pricing structure,
which is shown in the dialysis estimate.
